Learn how to cook Chicken Rendang easily using our product BOX22 DRIED CURRY PASTE 150G.
1 Box NATURAL LEAF Instant Rendang Paste
100ml Coconut Milk
40g Ground Fried Coconut
1Heat cooking oil and stir fry NATURAL LEAF Instant Rendang Paste and lemon grass until aromatic for 30 seconds.
2Add 800g chicken meats and kaffir lime with 300ml water.
3Stir fry over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
4Add ground fried coconut and coconut milk and stir well.
5After done, take it out add some turmeric leaf.
6Serve with rice or noodle.
