A: 270g Chocolate Muffin Mix
B: 170g Caster Sugar
C: 2 Eggs, 195g Fresh Milk, 90g Corn Oil
D: 100g Chocolate Chips
E: Some Chocolate Chips (for sprinkle on top)
1Preheat the oven to 150℃.
2Sieve the chocolate muffin mix and mix with ingredient B.
3Add in ingredients C and whisked by using electronic mixer.
4Add the mixture in method 1 into mixture in method 2 and mix into batter.
5Stir in ingredient D into batter.
6Spoon the batter into prepared muffin cups.
7Sprinkle ingredient E on top and bake at preheated oven for 25 minutes or until it done.
8Cool on a wire rack and ready to be served.
