Ingredients

35g topioca flour

75g rice flour

130g palm sugar (gula melaka)

1 pandan leaf, knotted

60g grated Coconut

100ml water

Directions

1Cook palm sugar with water and pandan leaves until melted.

2Mix with flour and cook until it thickens.

3Poor mixture into the cup.

4Cover and steam for 20 minutes.

5Coat with grated coconut.

6It done.
