100g DAPUR DESA Palm Sugar

30g Sugar

100g Glutinous Rice Flour

Pandan Food Flavouring

Green Food Clouring

80g Grated Fresh Coconut

150ml Pandan Juice

40g Tapioca Starch


1Grated fresh coconut steam with pinch of salt about 2-3 minutes and set aside.

2Add glutinous rice flour, topioca starch and sugar in a mixing bowl.

3Pour in pandan juice slowly knead it.

4Add water depending on the dough consistency.

5Drop the little bit of green of colouring and pandan food flovouring.

6Knead dough till smooth.

7Sprinkle a little bit powder on plate.

820g portion each small dough.

9Roll them into balls.

10Flatten each ball dough slightly.

11Fill palm sugar in the center and seal it up and roll into a ball.

12Drop them into the boiling water.

13Boil until rice ball floats up.

14Dish and drain and coat with fresh grated coconut.

15Serve hot or cold.
