Learn how to cook Sambal Belacan Kangkung easily using our product SAU16 BELACAN ( SHRIMP ) ROUND 100G
40g DAPUR DESA Belacan
300g Kangkung (Water Spinach)
3 cloves Garlic
2 tbsp Dried Shrimp (soak for 30 min )
5 tbsp Cooking oil
4 Chilli Padis
3 tbsp Water
1Blend the ( chilli, chilli padis, garlic, shallots & dried shrimp) and set aside.
2Heat the cooking oil, break the belacan & add in blended chilli paste and fry. Stir fry until color darkens.
3Add in water spinach, stir fry for 2 mins and add in water. Stir fry water spinach until stems are soft.
4Take it out and ready to serve.
