Marinate 1 kg fresh meat ( pork belly ) with NATURAL LEAF Char Siew Sauce for at least 3-4 hours or overnight in the chiller.
Bring 450ml water to boil in a wok / cooking pot and simmer marinated meat & sauce in the boiling water for 20 minutes with lid on.
Turn meat over and continue slimmering for 20 minutes with lid on.
Switch to medium heat and stir until sauce is reduced to sticky consistency.
Lightly char meat under low flame for another 5 minutes.
Ready to serve.
