Heat cooking oil and stir fry NATURAL LEAF Instant Rendang Paste and lemon grass until aromatic for 30 seconds.
Add 800g chicken meats and kaffir lime with 300ml water.
Stir fry over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
Add ground fried coconut and coconut milk and stir well.
After done, take it out add some turmeric leaf.
Serve with rice or noodle.
