 1 Box NATURAL LEAF Instant Curry Paste
 800g Chicken Meat
 400ml Water
 200ml Coconut Milk
 40g Ground Fried Coconut
 Cooking Oil
 Curry Leaves
 Lemon Grass
 Coriander Seeds
 Star Anise
 Cinnamon
 Clove
 Potato

Fry 250g potatos and set aside.

Add 1 package of NATURAL LEAF Instant Curry Paste and stir until cooked.

Add chicken meat and water cook for 10 minutes.

Put all the ingredient ( lemon grass, coriander seeds, star anise, cinnamon and clove) cook for 5 minutes.

Add curry leaves, coconut milk, ground fried coconut and mix thoroughly.

Lastly add in potato and cook for 5 minutes.
