Step 1
Add water , palm sugar and pandan leaf and stir until well blended.
Add salt and grated coconut and stir fry until slightly dry and well combine.
Add starch water to thicken and take it out and set aside.
Step 2
Mix up all the Step 2 ingredients and stir thoroughly.
Pour the dough and evenly distribute on the frying pan until cooked.
Remove from frying pan and take one spoon full of inti (Step 1).
Start rolling it up like how you would roll a spring roll.
