Learn how to cook Pandan Coconut Layer Jelly easily using our product
*DRY02 AGAR STRIPES (CLEAR) 25G
*DRY03 AGAR STRIPES (RED) 25G
*DRY04 AGAR STRIPES (YELLOW) 25G

Layer 1~Pour 500ml water bring to semi boiling.
Add in 1 tie of pandan leaf.
Add in sugar keep stir until dissolved.
Add in 5g red color jelly strips and keep stir until dissolved.
Pour to mould or container and place in refrigerator waiting for shape.
Layer 2~Pour 300ml water bring to semi boiling.
Add in 1 tie of pandan leaf.
Add in 5g clear jelly strips.
Add 200ml water into 50g coconut cream powder and stir well.
Pour in coconut milk into filter to remove undissolved powder.
After solidification use knife slightly cut jelly surface.
Pour in layer 1 mould or container gently and place in refrigerator waiting of shape.
Layer 3 - Repeat making of layer 1 - Difference color (Green)
Layer 4 - Repeat making of layer 2
Layer 5 - Repeat making of layer 3- Difference Color (Yellow)
Place in refrigerator about 45 minutes and serve chilled
