Learn how to baking scone easily using our product.

Preheat the oven to 200℃.
Sift 1 cup of scone mix into a large bowl.
Add in butter and salt, and then rub in with fingers until it resembles crumbs.
Lightly dust a silicone baking mat with plain flour.
Roll the dough into a 2cm-thick round. Cut out rounds by using a round cutter.
Beat an egg well. Put the scones on a greased paper, brush the scone with beaten egg.
Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes or until well risen at preheated 200℃ oven.
Cool on a wire rack and serve warm with jam.
