1 Packet NATURAL LEAF Bak Kut Teh Spices & Herba Mix
2 kg Meat
4 pcs Garlic Bulb
2 tablespoon Dark Soy Sauce
4 tablespoons Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon Salt
2 liter Water
Leaf Lettuce (*optional)
Chinese Donuts (*optional)
Tofu Puff (*optional)
Bean Curd (Fucuk Keping) (*optional)
1Add 1 packets of NATURAL LEAF Bak Kut Teh Herbs & Mix Spices and 4 pcs garlic bulb into 2 liter of water, boiled and put low heat for 20 minutes.
2Add in meat together with all the seasoning.
3Put to high heat to boiled and then turn to medium heat for another 30 minutes.
4Bak Kut Teh is ready to served.
