Learn how to cook Char Siew (Barbecue Pork) easily using our product BOX27 CHAR SIEW SAUCE ( ORIENTAL BBQ SAUCE ) 150G
1 box NATURAL LEAF Char Siew Sauce
1 kg Pork
1Marinate 1 kg fresh meat ( pork belly ) with NATURAL LEAF Char Siew Sauce for at least 3-4 hours or overnight in the chiller.
2Bring 450ml water to boil in a wok / cooking pot and simmer marinated meat & sauce in the boiling water for 20 minutes with lid on.
3Turn meat over and continue slimmering for 20 minutes with lid on.
4Switch to medium heat and stir until sauce is reduced to sticky consistency.
5Lightly char meat under low flame for another 5 minutes.
6Ready to serve.
