550g Chicken Breast

Grated Onion

Lemon Grass

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1/2 Chicken Stock Cube

1 tablespoon Curry Powder

1 tablespoon Chilli Powder

3 teaspoon Sugar

1/2 tablespoon Coriander Powder

1/2 tablespoon Yellow Ginger Powder

1/2 tablespoon Cumin Powder

A little bit of sesame oil

1/4 cup Hot Water

1 BOX NATURAL LEAF Instant Satay Paste 200g


1Step1~Smash Lemongrass and put aside .

2Cut the chicken breast into bite size pieces.

3Put all the seasoning inside the mixing bowl.

4Mix well.

5Covered, put in the refrigeration marinated at least one day.

6Thread marinated chicken pieces on skewers.

7Put oil into the fyring pan using lemongrass.

8Place the chicken satay over the fyring pan. For 4 or 5 minute on each side.

9Use lemongrass with the oil and baste on satay.

10Flipping occasionally.

11Until satay change to golden colour take it out.

12Step 2~Put Instant Satay paste into a bowl and add a little bit hot water.

13Stir well.

14Step 3~ Chicken Satay can serve with Satay Paste!
