1 Box NATURAL LEAF Instant Curry Paste
800g Chicken Meat
400ml Water
200ml Coconut Milk
40g Ground Fried Coconut
Cooking Oil
Curry Leaves
Lemon Grass
Coriander Seeds
Star Anise
Cinnamon
Clove
Potato
1Fry 250g potatos and set aside.
2Add 1 package of NATURAL LEAF Instant Curry Paste and stir until cooked.
3Add chicken meat and water cook for 10 minutes.
4Put all the ingredient ( lemon grass, coriander seeds, star anise, cinnamon and clove) cook for 5 minutes.
5Add curry leaves, coconut milk, ground fried coconut and mix thoroughly.
6Lastly add in potato and cook for 5 minutes.
7Ready to be served.
