 75g rice flour
 130g palm sugar (gula melaka)
 1 pandan leaf, knotted
 60g grated Coconut
 100ml water

Cook palm sugar with water and pandan leaves until melted.

Mix with flour and cook until it thickens.

Poor mixture into the cup.

Cover and steam for 20 minutes.

Coat with grated coconut.
