Blend the ( chilli, chilli padis, garlic, shallots & dried shrimp) and set aside.
Heat the cooking oil, break the belacan & add in blended chilli paste and fry. Stir fry until color darkens.
Add in water spinach, stir fry for 2 mins and add in water. Stir fry water spinach until stems are soft.
Take it out and ready to serve.
