Ingredients

100g Coconut Cream Powder

75g Sugar

2500ml Water

5 tie of Pandan Leaf

5g each difference Color Jelly Strips (Clear, Red, Yellow, Green)

Directions

1Layer 1~Pour 500ml water bring to semi boiling.

2Add in 1 tie of pandan leaf.

3Add in sugar keep stir until dissolved.

4Add in 5g red color jelly strips and keep stir until dissolved.

5Pour to mould or container and place in refrigerator waiting for shape.

6Layer 2~Pour 300ml water bring to semi boiling.

7Add in 1 tie of pandan leaf.

8Add in 5g clear jelly strips.

9Add 200ml water into 50g coconut cream powder and stir well.

10Pour in coconut milk into filter to remove undissolved powder.

11After solidification use knife slightly cut jelly surface.

12Pour in layer 1 mould or container gently and place in refrigerator waiting of shape.

13Layer 3 - Repeat making of layer 1 - Difference color (Green)

14Layer 4 - Repeat making of layer 2

15Layer 5 - Repeat making of layer 3- Difference Color (Yellow)

16Place in refrigerator about 45 minutes and serve chilled
